  ADMIN ASSISTANT Edinburgh An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small and friendly staff team in the Free Church offices in central Edinburgh. The post holder will play a key role as the first point of contact for visitors and contribute to the smooth running of the office.  This is a full-time post and responsibilities will include: Reception duties - switchboard and greeting visitors Finance administration - invoice preparation/processing and acknowledging donations Managing incoming and outgoing mail Maintaining contact lists and preparing monthly newsletters Applicants should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Salary will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful applicant but is expected to be c. £16,000 per annum.
